Paris and Nancy’s electro-weird-experience duo, Metro:libido will make you wanna dance in the top of a chair with distorsions incantations.
Metro:Libido are the Paris based duo of Saphy Vong and Imran Kahn. They create magical gems of electronic squelch and fancy driven by far-out distorto wedding beats performed on augmented electronic drum kit. Their dense layers of twisted electro and pummel bring to mind the closing credits of Bladerunner, only with most of the "strings" abandoned and the rest being fuddled by an "abdomen of male cicada through a mangle" effects station.
